Unfortunately, where I live I cannot buy the Macallan 1824 Selecto Oak.

Macallan is always good scotch, just has a price that is always quite a bit more than their competition.

As for the Highland Park, you gotta try it my friend. I think it is the best distillery in terms of quality and price. My personal favorite is the 15yr old.

Cheers!

JasonJason Deblyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13305087714773608306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8176940657289976265.post-89270125265570954222010-12-01T13:50:54.839-04:002010-12-01T13:50:54.839-04:00Hi Jason,

And will probably try to find one for Christmas.

But as a matter of fact, your comment on the Macallan 12 got my attention right away. You see Im a big fan of Macallan having tried the fine oak 12 and 15 yrs (not many but cant complain at all). Recently on a business trip to El Salvador I picked up a bottle of the Macallan 1824 Select Oak Edition and I absolutely love it! It was just $60 USD!

Do you think you can give us your comments if you find it?
Thanks a lot!

Rodrigo EuánRodrigo Euannoreply@blogger.com
